Ever buy a bulb and wonder what all those little letter and numbers are for?
Those letters and numbers are the bulb’s code. Each bulb has its own code number that consists of a letter or letters followed by a number. The letter indicates the shape of the bulb and the number relates to the diameter of the bulb in eighths of an inch. The most commonly used household bulb is the A-19. Below is a picture to reference for help on finding the right bulb. Bulbs can get confusing but the consultants at Creative lighting are willing to help.
